The Four Seasons Terrace Café is found in Hayes Garden World, the largest garden centre in the Lake District, UK. Just a short walk from the centre of Ambleside, the Four Seasons Terrace Café offers a blend of traditional British food with tasty homemade cakes.

Our café is located on the upper level, but this can be accessed using the lift. Tables and chairs are not permanently fixed and we offer table service, as well as ordering in app for your convenience!

Most of the cakes on sale in our restaurant are made by our bakers on site using only the finest ingredients. Our famous scones are made fresh every day; along side the usual fruit, plain and cheese we have a scone of the month, which can vary from chocolate to cherry and almond. We also have gluten free bakes so everyone can enjoy a well earned coffee and cake after all that shopping!
