The Digger's Rest is a traditional thatched village pub in the middle of the pretty east Devon village of Woodbury Salterton. Serving home cooked food from local suppliers, we are just 7 miles from the centre of Exeter and 4 miles from J30 of the M5.

Boasting a warm, relaxing atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink with friends, and something from the delicious home-cooked menu available throughout the day.  We are particularly proud of our food which is freshly prepared and locally sourced.
