The Nook is delighted to announce John Burton-Race as the new Executive Head Chef. John is a multi-Michelin-starred chef, author, TV personality and has worked in some of the UK’s top restaurants and hotels. Diners can expect fresh and indulgent additions with more English, French & Italian classics to the menus.
